I came to see licence to kill today and it had a very powerful message. I feel that it has opened the eyes of many people including me.
I cannot thank the people enough who do the jobs as I have lost a person in a car accident and I know no all the procedures that happened
To him. Even though he did not survive I no that everyone tried their hardest.

Katie, Pent valley

What a brave set of people to talk to students, this surely will have opened up the eyes of the students watching and listening.

The speakers had such an impact on students and staff alike. I can think of no better way to drive the message home. You made it real and relevant to our lives. Students are still talking about it now, and I'm quite sure it will be on their minds as they drive or are driven by young drivers.
Karen Wells, Fulston Manor School

A very powerful, thought provoking performance, something that every road user should see.
Julia, Chattenden, Rochester

It actually made me stop and think about everything, when you watch videos of crashes etc it never hits you the way this did, real people in real situations is incredibly hard hitting. I think this should be performed in front of older people aswell, i believe its shocking enough to get through to many people out there. Well done to everyone who spoke especially the mum of the 16 year old, incredibly touching.
Ellis, The Grammar School For Girls Wilmington

After each performance some students approached us to say thank you, their words meant so much to us.I still find it emotional and powerful, and am proud to be a part of the team. Thank you to all involved on and off the stage.
Denise, Paramedic on stage

never have i seen something more effective and emotional. well done to the people who were in the production. very brave of the women who lost her child and the boy with brian damage, to stand up and say what they have been through.
Sabrina, Minster College

Every young driver should see this! Certainly makes you think about your road safety!
Grant, Maidstone Grammar

Nausea, tears, shivers, just some of the feelings you get- we felt like walking home!

Licence to Kill delivers a very powerful message. Thank you to all who showed the courage to share their experiences. The presentation has made me evaluate my driving and I hope that of everybody who attended.
Bob, Kent Fire & Rescue Service

I would like to say a huge thank you to all who have organised and took part in this presentation. This has to be the most emotional and beneficial talks I have ever taken my students to. We were so moved by all of the brave and courageous speakers. I would recommend this to any tutor or teacher. I believe this presentation will save lives. Once again thank you and well done!

Today I attended one of your presentations at the Marlowe Theatre. I teach 16-18 year-old students and have a 15 year-old son myself. I found the performance quite the most moving and thought-provoking experience I have had in many many years. ALL drivers should witness it!

Jennifer Hughes, Walderslade Joint Sixth Form

This was a very moving but educational presentation. It opened everyone's eyes to the dangers on the road and i think it has changed many people's attitudes to driving in the future. Really opened everyone's eyes. Thanks
Chris, Norton Knatchbull School

Thanks to everyone involved in making this, especialy those who have lost people close to them as it must be hard. I think everyone in the audience appreciated it and I know it opened a lot of eyes. Probably the most worthwhile school trip we've ever been on. Cheers guys
Dom, Norton Knatchbull School

I would like to thank everyone for believing in what we were hoping to achieve by this production. My husband and daughter were in the audience and strongly feel that only good can come out of it. Thank you.
Denise, Paramedic on stage.

I don’t think anyone who went to see the ‘production’ that Kent County Council and partners put on for us really knew how affecting it would be. I for one cried, so did several of my friends, these including boys; I was glad to see it affected some of the stronger men at my school at it just proves how dangerous our roads are and that we can all be victims to it. It should be made part of learning to drive and getting a full licence to see this production as it makes you fully aware in heartbreaking and tragic stories of those involved for you too see how real the dangers are. Well done, it must have been extremely hard.
Courtney Rose, Norton Knatchbull School

I would just like to thank all the students for taking part in such an important event.Without your attendance and mature attitudes we have no means of getting the point across.I hope it has made some differene to you all.
Alan (firefighter on-stage), Kent fire service

A very powerful and effective performance!! It made me cry and has really opened my eyes to some of the dangers on the road. Really enjoyed it highly recommend that you go see it for yourself!
Loren, The Norton Knatchbull School, Ashford

Todays production had a really big impact on everyone. I don't think anyone will forget the stories told and I hope it will make people more considerate and careful when driving. Thank you to all the people who took part, despite how hard it must have been for some of them.
Bethany, Wilmington Girls Grammar

I went to see it today and I nearly cried. It really made me think about driving and it really hit me because my aunt had been in a car accident this week.
Sarah, Minster College

Wow this presentation actually touched a lot of people. It really opened everyones eye to the dangers of driving. Well done, very moving!
James, Norton Knatchbull

I went to see the presentation in the week, in margate, and it opened everyones eyes to how dangerous driving can be and that we should respect the emergency services. The real life stories from all of the people included in the presentation touched everyone there, and a large number of tears were spillt. Thank you all for an eye opening presentation. x

I was in tears during the presentation, and even though it wasn't a nice experience, it was very valuble.
, Dane court grammar school

Well... what can be said, after the presentation an atmosphere of silence came over that shocked us all and that is it can happenn to you at any point whether your the driver, the passenger or someone on the sidelines. it effects us all. The show at the winter gardens was not what i expected it was great , had a great message what made most of us cry . thanks licence to kill team.
Bazil, Dover

i saw this today @ winter gardens. it had me and friend in tears, some of us could relate to the event, others couldn't but were all still shocked. It's made me understand that it can happen to anyone, whether their a driver or a passenger. Thank you.
Yr 13, Astor College for the Arts, Dover

Thank you for all your messages, keep them coming - the people involved in Licence to Kill are reading these messages and it's great to get your feedback.
Katherine, one of the Licence to Kill team

Watching this today made me realise not only how it affects the people invloved, but the lives of the emergency services. It has given me a lot more respect for them.

I went and saw License to Kill this morning@the Winter Gardens..and it was a truly amazing. The atmosphere in the theatre was just unbelievable. By the end, everyone was so emotionally and quiet, i saw so many people crying as they left. Thank You for this remarkable presentation. You have really shown the reality of safety and responsibly on the roads, and how easy accident can occur and people are hurt(physically or emotionally)when not acting responsible. Well done to all those involved....you are so brave. Thank You again.
Year 13 student, St. Georges, Broadstairs

really amazing presentation none of us had thought off it like that before you showed us what the effects could be, it had a real impact on everyone there today, thank you for showings us the presentation and i think it should be used all around the uk and in schools.
matthew, st Georges C of E foundation school

It's a truly remarkable presentation. it really emphasised the extent of the problem there is and how devastating it can be to everyone involved. to be honest, i think most people just never thought about it. i think it should be used around the country!
Chris, Dane Court Grammar

The presentation was very well displayed. The atmosphere in the theatre was very serious. Everyone was affected by it. At the end, when the lights went up, I could see just how emotional everyone was.
Andrew, Fulston Manor

This film is really heart wrenching and really hits home how serious the outcome can be, jst by taking your eyes off the road for 1 second. I thought it wouldnt be as hard hitting as it was, but myself and the majority of other people from my school shed a tear for the scenes we saw and heard that day.
Emma, Fulston Manor

I went and saw Licence to kill today, I thought it was very touching and I think it was extremely effective. Everyone who went onto the stage were amazingly brave, I don't think I could ever be that brave. Its made me think about how fragile life is and I will always be careful when I'm in a car.
Laura, Rainham School For girls

I honestly thought that this production was going to be no different from the others I have seen through school but I was completely wrong. The real life accounts created an indescibable atmosphere in the theatre and it was then that the message really hit home.
Student, Chapter Secondary School

Licence to Kill had a big impact on us all. So many of us sat there in tears listening to the horrifying accounts of people who had experienced accidents from different views. It made me realise how important it is to be safe when driving. It was awful, but so important, to hear.
Bekki, Gravesend Grammar School for Girls

This play had a huge effect on me. The silence in the theatre was indescribable. The stories from the fireman, the mother who lost her daughter and the teenage boy were incredibly distressing. They will make me think twice when I am driving next.
Catherine, Gravesend Grammar School for Girls

License to kill was a powerful account of real life devasting car accidents. The real life stories had everyone in tears and made us all think about what we would do if it happened to us or our families.
Kirsty, Robert Napier School

licence to kill made me think how my family would feel if i were involed in crash. The true acoounts made tears come to my eyes. The lady's story about her daughter being killed in an accident made me think about my little sister and mum,and how it would effect them.
kayleigh, The Robert Napier School

licence to kill sent silence throughout the theatre. The real life accounts told were so powerful and moving that tears were starting to emurge forme evreyones eyes. knowing the consequences of dangerous driving and the heartbreak and devestation it can cause is a terrifing though that will stay with anyone.
lauren, The Robert Napier school

The presentation was so effective. I was moved to tears by the accounts. Our sixth form students were in silence throughout the presentation, riveted by what they were being told.
Kirstie (Staff), The Robert Napier School

Not only did it leave me in tears it left me a lot more awake to the consequences of being careless when driving.
Student, Chapter Secondary School

The performance really sent the message home. This is a topic that needs brave people to deliver the harsh reality of the topic, and you most certainly did that.
